Q: Who are we?
A: We are a online boutique offering pretty apparels at the cheapest price possible! Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We update at least once every 2 weeks to give you more variety!

Q: How do I order?
A: Please send us an email or text us regarding the item that you are interested in. Provide your name and contact number as well. Or, click on the "Order" tab on the left side for easy navigation.

Q: Is this blog safe?
A: Goochees is a 100% safe and secure site to shop at. No scamming and cheating. We have been tagged as "Trusted Malaysian Online Shop" bySPShop.biz. You can refer to our customer feed backs to boost your confidence.

Q: How do I make payment for my items?
A: You can transfer funds or cash deposit to our MBB (Maybank) or PBB (Public Bank) accounts. We do not offer Paypal or any credit card payment services at the moment. Click on the "Payment" tab on the left side of the page for our bank account details.

Q: Are your apparels new or second hand item?
A: All our items sold are brand new in great condition.

Q: I have not received my item. Where is it?
A: It takes minimum 3 working days to deliver Pos Laju and Pos Ekspres parcels. It takes up to 1 week for registered mail parcels! If undelivered, there may be a note left by the postman stating where and when to collect your parcel (you may not be home to sign). Click here to track and trace your parcels. Or call Pos Malaysia at 1300-300-300. Remember, we do not deliver the parcels ourselves, so please call Pos Malaysia for all delivery inquiries.

Q: Can I get discounts?
A: We have a all year long promotion scheme, that is when you buy 3 items and above, we will give you RM 5 discount and a free gift. We do not give discounts for 2 items and below (unless stated) as we have offered you the cheapest price you can possibly find.

Q: Why can't I view some of the photos?
A: We use a third party software to upload some of our pictures. It takes a while to load them into the site if you are a first timer here. Refresh and give it time. If it is still missing, email us and we will send you the photos.

Q: I spotted similar items at other blogshops, selling at even cheaper prices. Why?
A: Please refer to our details of the apparel, it may differ in terms or fabric, size, and cutting. If they are exactly the same, please email to inform us about this matter.

Q: Why are the items which I've received differ from the photos shown in your website?
A: The lightings and camera settings may affect the color or cutting of the item. We always post the best photo that represent the outlook of item in real.

Q: Can I return and get a refund for the item I have purchased from you?
A: We do not refund to customers as stated in the terms and conditions. However, we can help you sell off your item when there is another interested buyer.

Q: There is a defect/damage on my item. Why?
A: We do not deliver damaged items to our customers. We check all our items before delivery. Damages may be caused during delivery (rarely) but we will not be liable for the damages (as stated in the terms and conditions).
